The final match in the group stage of the 2026 Scottish Men's Area Team Championship is  away to Argyll & Bute and will be played at Rothesay Golf Club on Sunday 12th July 2026.

With both Areas having won their opening two matches this is a winner takes all match to qualify for the finals of the Scottish Men's Area Team Championship to be played at Largs on the 5th & 6th September 2026.

The team selected to represent the North East at Rothesay is :- Chris Gilbert (Cruden Bay), Adam Giles (Newmachar), Greg Ingram (Inverurie), Bryan Innes (Murcar Lnks), Martin Lawrence (Newmachar), Ben Murray (Portlethen) & Lewis Watt (McDonald).

With Chris Somers on International duty and our Order of Merit leader Tyler Ogston unavailable we still have a very strong team and they will give their all to come away from Rothesay with a win !
